ORDER INFORMATION

What is the status of my order?

After completing the purchase process, your confirmation mail will be automatically sent to you. Then, your tracking number will also be sent after your order is shipped. After receiving the tracking number, you can track your order.

Can I change my order?

You can not change or cancel your order once your order has been processed. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes after your have recieved an email to confirm that your order has been processed. However, after receiving your order, you can return it within 14 days.

Can I cancel my order?

We cannot cancel the order If your order has been confirmed via email before you contact us. However, you can return your order within 14 days after receiving it. Please see our Return Policy page.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

What happens if my order is lost in shipment?

In order to prevent the loss of your order in the cargo, we send all orders with the tracking number and obligation to be delivered in return for signature. However, in case your cargo is lost by the cargo company, we will refund the full amount you paid. If the tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered to your address and you think you did not receive it, we do not accept responsibility.

How long does it take to ship my order?

The working days of our warehouse is Monday to Friday. After your order is processed, it is usually shipped within 24-48 hours.

How long is the delivery time?

If your order is in stock in our warehouse, it will usually be delivered to your address within 2-5 days after shipping.

Do you offer fast shipping?

No, we send all shipments with the tracking number to be delivered in return for signature. In addition, we choose the fastest and most affordable shipping service to provide free shipping service to all our customers.

RETURN & REFUND

Why was my order cancelled and the amount refunded?

For the security of our customers, we use the most advanced security systems on our website. If our system detects that payment has been made with a fake or stolen card, your order will be automatically cancelled and the amount you paid will be refunded.

Can you return the amount I pay to a different card?

No, we can only refund to the card or the PayPal account you paid from.

What happens if my return is lost in shipment?

We are not responsible if the package you return is lost in transit before it reaches us. Therefore, we recommend that you send your return with the tracking number and keep your tracking number until your return reaches us and we refund the total amount.

When do you reply to return request?

We provide 24/7 customer service support. If you reach us through any of our communication channels, we usually reply within 2-3 hours or within 24 hours at the latest. Please email us at divinelifeinteriors@gmail.com to start the return process.

How can I request a return?

In order to complete the return process, you can request a refund via any communication channel on the page where our contact information is available or email us at divinelifeinteriors@gmail.com. Please indicate the item/items in the order you wish to return, along with your order number or e-mail address when requesting a refund if the item is faulty or damaged you will be eligable for a replacement order. If the order is NOT faulty or damaged please email us and we will send you further information about this process. Please see our returns page for more information.

Do you charge restock fee?

No we do not, if the order is faulty or damaged, after you return your order to us, we will refund the full amount.

Yes if the order is NOT faulty or damaged. Once we receive the order back the refund will be issued within 5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once this is processed. There is a £10 restocking fee per item + vat will be deducted from your refund.

Do you accept returns?

Are returns free?

Yes your returns are free if your order is faulty or damaged. Please contact us by email or on the contact us page. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please drop off the order at your local parcel shop or we are able to arrange collection from your address.

No if your order is NOT faulty or damaged. Please contact us by email or on the contact us page. We do not cover postage or packing fees for orders which are NOT faulty or damaged. However, if you request, we can provide you with a discount code for your next purchase.
