Refund Policy

RETURN

After receiving your order, if your order is damaged or faulty you can return it within 14 days.  Please contact us with your e-mail address or order number via any of the communication channels on the Contact Us Page or to our email address.

After we receive your return request, we will provide you with the steps necessary for the return, and how and where to send your return. After we receive your return, we will refund the total amount back to you or a replacement with be dispatched and a new tracking number will be provided to your email address.

All returns need to be sent to our United Kingdom return centre. Please, do not forget to mark it as a return when you are returning the order.

At Divine Life Interiors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your order because it is faulty or damaged we have a hassle-free policy in place.
We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the order back to us which you can drop off at your local parcel shop. (For further information please email us at divinelifeinteriors@gmail.com). We can also arrange for the order to be collected from your address.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible if the package you return is lost in the cargo before it reaches us. Therefore, we recommend that you send your return with the tracking number and keep your tracking number until your return reaches us and we will refund the total amount.

REFUND

After your return has been processed, you will automatically receive an e-mail. Your refund may take a certain amount of time to be transferred to your account, usually within 5 working days depending on your bank or payment provider. Since we use the SSL Certificate on our website, which is a superior security payment system, we cannot refund to a different card or account other than your payment method.

FRAUD PAYMENT

We use advanced security payment systems SSL Certificates and fraud payment analysis systems on our website. If our system detects fraud payment, your order will be cancelled automatically and the total amount will be refunded to you.
