Return Policy

RETURN (IF THE ORDER IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED)

After receiving your order, if your order is damaged or faulty you can return it within 14 days.  Please contact us with your e-mail address or order number via any of the communication channels on the Contact Us Page or to our email address.

After we receive your return request, we will provide you with the steps necessary for the return, and how and where to send your return. After we receive your return, we will refund the total amount back to you or a replacement with be dispatched and a new tracking number will be provided to your email address.

At Divine Life Interiors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your order because it is faulty or damaged we have a hassle-free policy in place.
We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the order back to us which you can drop off at your local parcel shop. (For further information please email us at divinelifeinteriors@gmail.com). We can also arrange for the order to be collected from your address.

After we receive your return request, we will provide you with the steps necessary for the return, and how and where to send your return.

Please use the invoice number as the reference which should be displayed on the packaging and remove any previous shipping information/ previous barcodes.
Post and packaging is not included.
Once we receive the order back the refund will be issued within 5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once this is processed. 
There is a £10 restocking fee per item + vat will be deducted from your refund. 
All of the Divine Life Interiors card payments are processed securely. No card data is stored on our servers. Stripe advises it can take 10+ days for the refund to appear on your statement, if it takes longer please contact your bank for assistance.
