Shipping Policy

  • Orders Processing Time; 1-2 Days (Mon to Friday)
  • Delivery Time: 2-5 Days (Monday to Friday)
  • After completing your purchase, your order will be delivered to you from our warehouse in the UK.
  • We cannot cancel your order once it has been processed.
  • Minimum order of £9.99.
  • Free delivery on orders with a basket value above £50.
  • We quickly resolve any order issues free of charge.
  • After you have completed your purchase, your order will be processed and will be prepared and shipped within 24-48 hours and it will usually be delivered to your address within 2-5 days after your order is shipped.
  • After your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address. After receiving the tracking number, you can track your order.

 Cancelling the Order

  • We cannot cancel the order once it has been processed. However, you can return your order within 14 days after receiving it. Please see our return policy page.

Changing the Address

  • After placing your order, you can request a change of address until your order has been processed. Unfortunately, after your order has been processed, we cannot change any address. However, you can change your address by contacting the shipping company and asking for address change.


Lost Packages
In order to prevent the loss of your order, we send all orders with the obligation of delivery in return for sharing tracking number and signature of the receiver. However, in case your cargo is lost by the shipping company, we will refund the full amount you paid back to you. If your tracking number shows that your order has been delivered to your delivery address, we cannot process a refund due to loss.

NOTE: The delivery times we have stated above are estimated and although the majority of the orders are delivered within the delivery times we have specified, sometimes delays may be experienced depending on the performance of the shipping companies.
